For all orders placed we will send an email proof/confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to check, quantity, garment, size, colour and prices carefully. We cannot accept liability for errors, however caused, which are evident in the proof and not indicated by the customer at this stage. Please note the order will not go into production until the proof is approved.

Some items shown on this website may not always be in stock. If any of your chosen items are not in stock, we will advise of our best estimate of availability and delivery date. Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only and may be subject to change without notice. However, if availability is unduly delayed, we will keep you informed and make arrangements accordingly.
We are confident that our garments are of excellent quality. In some cases with embroidery the garments may arrive with a small mark around the embroidery, where the garment has been held in an embroidery frame, this will wash out.
The colour of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology used to access it. Whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur.
Our production team work with customers every day to ensure their artwork looks as good as possible when printed or embroidered on garments. Please see the following guidelines below.
The maximum width for print is 30cm and for embroidery the maximum width is 22cm. The height of your logo or image will automatically be scaled based on the width we can print/embroider.
For designs in a wide range of positions; the positions available depends on the garments you select. Typical positions include left or right breast, full width across the front chest, left or right sleeve, full width across the top of the back. You can upload your image or logo file online with our easy to use ordering process. We accept the following image types: jpeg, gif, bmp, ai, eps, pdf, png
Please upload the best quality version of your logo or image you have to ensure the best results. We generally ask for files to be 300 DPI or higher. If you upload a file that is too low quality to print or embroider, our team will contact you to discuss how best to proceed.
There may be certain limitations depending on the customisation type you select. For example, certain designs cannot be embroidered, such as those with colour gradients or very intricate designs. If this is the case our team will work with you once your order is placed to amend your design so it can be produced in good quality.
