To contact you about new products, special offers/promotions and services via email, unless otherwise requested to do so, if you do not wish to receive marketing information from Banaman Limited via post or email please contact our data protection officer requesting to have your details removed from our mailing list.
Digital files and information received from customers will be held on a secure back up drive and will be held as long as is necessary to undertake the task as requested by the customer. Where we create digital artwork we will hold the non personal date for as long as we deem necessary.
Where we sub -contract certain jobs to our suppliers, we will only use suppliers that meet with GDPR requirements.
Personal data will not be used for any purpose other than that for which it is provided. We will use it for our business services, contacting customers, invoicing and sharing with a courier company if required.
7. Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
8. Payment Information
We only handle information that is necessary for us to process payments for purchases and services you have with Banaman, such as credit card numbers, the security codes associated with them, we do not store this information. All equipment & software used for payment handling is fully PCI compliant.
9. Deletion or Amendment of Contact Information

We reserve the right to amend the above at any time and the policy does not form any part of a contractual agreement with Banaman Limited.
10. Variations to the Policy
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses that have not been previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes. For these new purposes, we will only use data collected from the time of the policy change forward.
