Q) Will my artwork be kept on file?
A) Yes, artwork will be kept on file for 1 year after order date.
Q) Can my products be delivered quicker?
A) Yes, some products can be delivered quicker - please call for details.
Q) Do I receive a proof prior to printing?
A) Yes, we will always supply a proof either by fax or email.
Q) Can I see an actual printed sample?
A) No, it is not always possible to supply a printed sample, however we are always happy to supply plain samples.
Q) Can my Company colours be reproduced accurately?
A) Yes, on most items specific pantone colours can be achieved (an extra cost may be incurred). If the specific colour is not available the nearest match will be used.
Q) Can the same Screen charge be used against different products?
A) No, different products have different print areas and therefore different screens.
Q) How can I pay?
A) We accept payment by cheque and all major credit and debit cards.
